| I found the hotel to be comfortable and relaxing. The staff in particular were particularly helpful and enhanced the enjoyment of my stay. I found the facilities to be very good although not everything that was advertised was available. The location was reasonably close to Krakow with nice parks and amenities nearby. The one complaint I would have is that owing to the fact that the ownership is due to change in the coming weeks/months a number of slight problems with the room were not fixed and apparently were not going to be. I would also disagree with its rating as being 4 star as while the hotel was comfortable it could hardly be described as luxurious. That said I fully enjoyed my stay in Krakow and would love to return although perhaps not to the same hotel prior to some slight renovations. | ||
