Wroclaw`s airport is located about 13 km north-west of the centre. Take bus No 406 from ul. Dworcowa, abort a hundred meters north of the train station. The bus runs twice an hour and takes about 20 minutes. A taxi from town will take about ten minutes and cost about 50zł. Send your last-minute postcards from the post office in the international departures hall (rather difficult to distinguish from the other halls, actually, as it`s really a small space), tel. 353 77 68, open 08:00 - 15:00. Closed Sat, Sun. There`s plenty of guarded parking at the airport. The first hour costs 3zł the second costs 1zł, after 12 hours each costs 0.50zł, after 72 hours 0.30zł. Strangely, this seems to be an affordable long-term storage option.

Bus 406 connects each 20-30 minutes from Monday to Friday and each 40 minutes on weekend the airport to the bus and train stations.
